and solutions that reflect the true needs and capabilities of our

Tom Petersen
Tom is AMR's Director of Technical Services. He has worked extensively
in PC and mid-range computing environments with a wide spectrum
of operating systems, system software, and programming languages.
Previously, he held positions such as Manager of IT, Manager of
Year 2000 Project, and Senior System Analyst with companies like
Hudson's Bay, Sandvik Canada, and American Can.
Tom's expertise includes:

System security.
Tom studied Computer Science at the University of Toronto and achieved
his Computer Science Technologies Diploma at Sheridan College.
Bill Blum, CPA
Bill, a Certified Public Accountant, has an extensive background
in the AE sector, the controllership function, and with various
Deltek PSA products. His AE experience includes serving as Chief
Financial Officer with Spillis Candela & Partners, one of the
oldest and largest professional design firms in the southeastern
United States.
Bill is a Sema4 expert and able to provide assistance with any
aspect of this popular Deltek product. Bill's Sema4 application
knowledge is complemented by a thorough technical understanding
of FoxPro and the Sema4 database. These skill sets have allowed
Bill to easily transition to our Deltek Vision conversion team and
begin supporting AMRs rapidly expanding Vision client base.
Tim Hogenbirk,
B.B.A.
Tims
business career began with Philips Electronics, The Netherlands.
A promotion with Philips led to his move to Canada and assumption
of Controllership duties in their Toronto information services division.
A mid-1980s opportunity introduced Tim to the AE industry. He continues
to guide a prominent AE firms Controllership and Treasury
functions, and is a valuable contributor to AMRs small business
advisory services. With AMR, he plays a key role is assisting customers
with the transition from Delteks Sema4 software to Deltek
Vision.
Tim holds The Netherlands equivalent of the CGA designation.
He is a member of the Society of Design Administration Canada (SDA),
and maintains leadership positions with The Rotary Club of Brampton
and the Netherlands Luncheon Club.
DeEtte Krogh, CPA
DeEtte is a Deltek Vision accounting specialist and team leader. She has worked on more than 200 Vision implementations throughout North America. Her Vision application experience includes functions such as multi-company, multi-currency, organization structure, corporate and project budgeting, and overhead allocation. In addition, DeEtte frequently assists clients with the streamlining of their accounting processes.
Prior to joining AMR’s alliance partner, Central
Consulting Group, DeEtte was the Controller of a large architectural
firm using Deltek Advantage. She was one of Vision’s “early adopters”
and has participated in numerous conversions from Deltek legacy
products to Vision.
DeEtte is a Certified Public Accountant. Her credentials also include Bachelor Degrees in Accounting and Business Administration.
David Springer
An accomplished strategic and project planner, David is an electrical
engineering graduate of Texas A&M University. He has more than 25
years of consulting experience with a special emphasis in database
applications, including Deltek Vision. His areas of concentration
with Vision, as an advisor and trainer, are client relationship
management, project management, and automation using stored procedures
and workflows.
The management of several complex business process improvement
projects highlight David’s career. Prior to joining AMR’s alliance
partner, Central Consulting Group,
David created and managed an Information Systems department at a
large architectural and engineering firm. His responsibilities with
this organization included the architecture, applications development,
implementation, and training for the new corporate database.
Mark Bukata
Mark joined AMR immediately after the acquisition of Banks-Hills
Deltek Vision practice and is based in Vancouver. His specialties
include ERP implementation; and purchasing, materials management,
and forecasting systems. Mark has successfully managed numerous
IT projects for companies such as Response Biomedical, Hain Celestial,
and Alpha Technologies.
Marks responsibilities with AMR include Vision implementation
consulting, training, and customer service in the BC region. An
innovative communicator, Mark is an instructor at the British Columbia
Institute of Technology. He holds the CPIM designation and a Bachelor
Degree in Business from Brock University.
Craig LaFranchise
Following the acquisition of Banks-Hills Deltek practice,
Craig began serving as AMRs Manager of Communications. During
his tenure with Banks-Hill, Craigs focus on client services
and business development initiatives helped build their Deltek Vision
practice. His credentials include a Bachelors Degree in Business
Administration from the JR Shaw School of Business.
Craigs primary duties relate to maintaining excellent and
informative relationships with all stakeholders, or potential stakeholders,
in AMRs business including clients, partners, and the
various provincial and national architectural and engineering associations
in Canada. He works directly with AMRs Managing Director,
Barry Goman.
