AMR Acquires Banks-Hill’s Deltek Vision Practice

Toronto, ON: AMR Group Limited (AMR) is pleased to announce its purchase of Banks-Hill Systems Ltd.’s (BHSL) Deltek Vision practice, effective September 1, 2011. BHSL is a full-service systems integrator with a distinguished 25 year track record in the IT industry. Consulting, implementation, training, and support services are provided to clients throughout Western Canada.

Key BHSL staff – including Michael Dobler, Craig LaFranchise, and Mark Bukata – join AMR and remain based in Edmonton and Vancouver. The merged Western Canadian group will operate as Banks-Hill + AMR.
